App not working after update
Since the latest update it keeps popping up that’s it’s not compatible needs to update. The app has been updated. So I deleted it and reinstalled it but it still says not compatible. What was the purpose of the update it was working fine until now.
Can’t update/use
I have an iPhone and have used the app for years. No it says to update then now says incompatible ? Wait what?!!! I have u installed and reinstalled with say error. Anyone know how to use this app now?
Change it back
The new login page look good but I don’t like that I have to click on each account to see what I owe and can’t just pay them combined like before. There are less features now. Put it back line it was!
Needs more information
Can we get an update that provides the customer more information in the app. Some things I would like to see is: how many kWh I’m using a day, some graphs showing days or times we use the most energy, bill comparisons, etc. There’s a lot of room for improvement.
No problems
Update 5-7-21 It’s working great now. Had to delete the app and reload it. All is well on the Southern front.

Can’t change card numbers?!?!
Needs updates!
The app needs to store credit cards so you can pay faster. Every single time I have to pull out my card to pay. No other company is this behind in any of my other bills. Please update this system.
