A comprehensive calendar app to view dates of significance in the Catholic Christian community such as Holy Days of Obligation, Feast Days, Days of Observance and Seasons in the Liturgical year. The dates are colour coded in the main page and there is a function to filter the dates according to the users' preference. There is also an Appointment page where users can add and manage their appointments. The Appointments are also colour coded in the main page. This calendar is based upon the last revision of the General Roman Calendar made in 1969 and used mainly among member countries of the International Commission on English in the Liturgy (ICEL). Nevertheless, adorations are allowed on different theological orientations. Hence, feast days and holy days of obligation may differ from one country or one community to another. While the information on this calendar is true and complete to the best of our knowledge, changes in circumstances after the time of publication may impact on the accuracy of the information. This calendar is provided for general informational only.
2022 UPDATE Anytime???
Are you going to update the app anytime soon??? Or should I delete this app?
Ando
This app should be removed from the Apple’s App Store. Why? Simple, the person that put this together did not take the time to check their work. Dates are wrong throughout the app. The app does not function properly a lot of the time. When you open it it does not open on current month, week or day. Junk this app would be the best thing that could happen to it. If you could put a “zero” in the ratings that’s what l would have done!!!
Fairly useless calendar app
All it does is show the whole year. You can't zoom into each month or individual days. If you don't know when a Christian holiday/event is this app will not help you.
Terrible Calendar!!!!
This calendar doesn't have correct dates. Terrible app!
The numerical dates are wrong
Good concept. However, Palm Sunday is March 20, 2016, not March 19. It's like they started writing this in 2015, then slapped on 2016 and hoped nobody would notice. Year view calendar is too large for screen. Lent cal is completely separated from Easter cal: why?
