You must enable the keyboard under system settings, then select it in your keyboard, using the globe button. 1. Open the settings app 2. Go General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard 3. After I downloaded and installed this app, I don’t see or can’t add the percentage button. I sent several emails to the developer and NO response.

I haven’t even opened the app up for use yet, and I am being hammered for a review. At the time of Opening the App, it went to a configuration page for the iPad, allowing certain permissions. And so I should RATE it at this point? Ok then…
