Terrible experience!
They are very secretive! I drive under 100 miles a month and somehow they keep charging me more each month. They won’t tell me how the premium is calculated. All they care about is money and don’t care who they take advantage of along the way.

I have been loving my savings on my auto insurance through Liberty Mutual with the new bymile program. It is so easy to install and since I am working from home for over a year now I am blessed to have an insurance company that I can count on when I am needing them the most. Best program they have offered yet! I only pay for the miles I drive now and since I am not driving much at all I have been able to save daily on my auto insurance premium. Thank you Liberty Mutual!

I’m really frustrated that this app does not keep track of the miles like it should it’s never updates the miles or even shows the bill. Sometimes if you totally log out and login you might get it updated but most times not. This app is totally useless. It really needs to be fixed.

The trips list does not refresh unless you uninstall and re-download the app. I contacted customer service and their excuse was a syncing issue and recommended reinstalling the app. It’s not a syncing issue, it’s a broken app issue.
