Unnecessary app
This app is completely unnecessary and users would be better served by a full-featured website. You don’t receive any sort of email confirmation that you’ve registered the product and there’s no dashboard to view the products you have registered within the app despite creating an account. I found there is a form for product registration on their website, but the only reason I registered through the app was because the manual stated the warranty would be extended from 180 days to 1 year for free. The account on the website also appears to be completely separate from the app as my password was not recognized in the app after I signed up on the website first.

We got a playpen from family and had trouble following instruction book. I downloaded the app to help with video instructions. The app is a very old, dated app that barely works on the newer OS. I clicked video instructions and the only video it has is a sale pitch video. This app literally has no valid use other than to force you to register so they can get your email.

It looks like it allowed me to register the product but I have no idea as I received no email confirmation. The installation section is blank and the paper version of the owners manual is very little help. What a waste!!!!
