Usage Feature
A few times now, I am not able to see my usage for several days at a time. Also, I don’t like the scrolling on the usage feature. Bring back the way we could view usage before.
Completely useless app
One cant track their usage-it is never up to date with your account.
Data used not displaying
Latest update done and now can’t see gig data points when looking at service usage. Can’t believe you guys are getting it wrong so often - didn’t used to be like this.
Not good and no response on Enquiries
Thé iPhone app has much less functionality It does even show total availability less daily usage. On a ticket the only response months ago was’ in development’ It would be awesome if they can add the old stats back, but I don’t think they care
Dashlane and iCloud password
Guys as an aside to the below - please can you add a “mark all as read” option to the notification section of your app...? It shows 40 currently on my iPhone home screen and to clear them I have to go through each notification....crazy! Great app upgrades guys. Finally supports iPhones with notches! Looks good too. Only criticism and bug I have found so far is immediately at login using Dashlane or iCloud password auto sign in. Try it - it switches to a white screen and doesn’t move beyond. It does this immediately after Dashlane or iCloud autocompleted the username and password for me. Only workaround is to force quit app and sign in manually which is a shlep for people with randomly generated passwords. It’s a significant bug especially security wise and hopefully you fix it soon. Otherwise 4/5 stars from me. Good work.
Missing app

After the latest update I cannot see all my services. Only web hosting is displayed.
Speed tests. Ping tests. Traceroute tests. Change WiFi details. Fixed email address for fibre orders. Fixed a few bugs on the tickets page. Other bug fixes and enhancements.
