United StatesAutarky is a content blocker that blocks all third-party JavaScript in Safari, it's super effective. Browsing will feel faster, consume less data, many ads will be blocked and advertising companies will have a hard time tracking your behaviour online. Are you on a small data bundel? Traveling abroad? Autarky helps you keep your carrier bill low. To enable Autarky open the Settings app > tap Safari > tap Content blockers. Be aware that certain websites might lose functionality or might not load at all, you can temporarily disable Autarky by pressing the 'AA' icon in Safari's address bar.
Neat idea
This is an all-or-nothing content blocker since it has no whitelist or site control, and unfortunately it breaks most websites. Sure, you can temporarily disable it it by tapping aA in the safari bar, but that also disables the other content blockers you might want to keep enabled. Otherwise, it’s pretty neat and I’d like to give it 5 stars. I just can’t because it’s completely inflexible, thus making browsing a chore.

It’s not very useful without the ability to whitelist. Some websites won’t function without 3rd party JavaScript. For this reason I regret buying it and can’t recommend it.

All I want in a content blocker is to disable 3rd party javascript. This app does thst with a minimum of fuss. And it works better than any other similar type of content blocker on M1 Macs. I don't have to add user scripts to enable anything on the Mac. I can disable it on a site-specific basis using Safari's built in tool for that sort of thing. All in all, I couldn't be more satisfied with this content blocker.
