My session timed out in the middle of filing a claim because I had to deal with a phone call.I lost my claim. Your system should auto-save in this case. I could give you 5 stars if you could add this type of intelligent function to your app.

Buyer beware! Any claim submitted through the app will be systematically denied for false reasons. For instance, an invoice for a psychiatrist visit covered by your policy will be considered a “technical procedure” and therefore denied. Claims for common prescription medication will be denied because “the medication is not covered”, even if your policy does in fact cover it. Think you can just call Customer Service to get that resolved? Think again! They do not accept calls about claims, and do not reply to emails. Avoid at all cost!!!!
