I never received my phone and then wanted me to pay another 25 to get a less value phone so unfair
Crappy cell company
So i received the iPhone 6s and it was supposed to be new but what do I get a phone that needs the battery to be serviced. Called and was told that I would need to send it back to get a new one. Also that the shipping label and form would be emailed to me. Which to this day has yet to happen. So now I’m stuck with a cellphone that needs to be charged every hour due to the battery drain. I could be at 100% and then 30minutes later I would be at 20% and I wouldn’t have to touch it just let it sit in my dresser with no apps open. This is the worst phone company I’ve had so far and that says a lot.
Airtalk STINKS!!
Don’t sign up with them!! I wanted to sign up with them wanted a bundle of phone and laptop, they said I didn’t qualify I said OKAY just send an “android phone” they sent a iPhone called to switch told nope you are stuck. Tried to charge phone it wouldn’t called customer service and they said send it for repair (if you didn’t know there a setting to enable iPhone to charge) got phone back called CS was on hold for 4 hours then just hung up called back and got a huff that was like saying “ you dope there’s a setting for that (never had iPhone) when they sent phone back they had another phone # as primary # and my phone # as secondary it took 2 months too get a new SIM card for old android phone and didn’t work. I am trying to sign up with a new phone company and just got a message they switched me back to Airtalk, so if you want to get jerked around then sign up with them. Good luck YOU WILL NEED IT!!!
Everyone has the same issue
I had my current assurance phone stolen and decided to try someone else. I was excited to see you can pick from a variety of free phones instead of getting some crappy free q link phone. So I asked for the I phone8. It came rather quickly. But the battery. Not only the battery. The port for the charger cord. It’s so frustrating. My battery died all day everyday. And when I go to charge it. The cord won’t stay in place. I’ve tried numerous cords and it’s the same thing. So if I walk away or go to bed at have no idea if it’s actually charging. I plug it in it starts charging them it stops. Unless I’m there to wiggle the cord back into an odd position. My phone won’t charge. And it NEEDS to charge. Because it constantly dies. I was in here reading reviews and it’s crazy on how many customers say they have battery problems. It’s just to many people. Something’s up. Can’t be a coincidence
