Due the COVID 19, I’ve been trying out several remote service apps to assist my clients for product support, and it is so far the best one I like, easy to use, and the augmented reality (AR) function allows me to instruct my clients how to use the product clearly.

Tried the solution with the free trial, it worked well. Instead of the traditional way of providing tech support over the phone, this product can let the support team actually see what’s going on on the other end via screen sharing. Along with the voice talk feature, we are able to shorten the time spent to close a case. I hope my boss will be convinced. By the way, the access code takes a bit longer to re-generate sometimes. Hope you guys will improve on this.
