Always over charge
Over the last three trips, your system shows different different amount and the final charges comes 25% above Drivers intentionally take longer route in per minute charges Despite logging the complain, no response only ticket number from emails Isn’t it better to go with Karim and relax not to pay my overhead

Zofeur is no longer reliable. Last time I could not use the app, support is not available until you no longer need it. Charge you booking fees and surcharges not included in original quote. Charged me Dhs15.96 waiting charge even though the driver is still not at the location. Driver confirmed he had not arrived yet, but al says he did. My friend order Zofeur, once it didn’t show and today the driver shows he doesn’t move on the app, then when she called he’s apparently at the car, takes wrong turn off causing a big delay. Maybe all part of making money. This is the 5th time in a row I had appalling service from Zofeur. No longer what they used to be. Not worth the time and money! Disappointed in Zofeur, you used to be so good.

Tried for an RTA inspection. Took the money- ApplePay+ Cash. No inspection results. As of now- just waste of time and money. Told me to go speak to RTA. What is their service then?

Did you know that if they crash your car they are not liable? Their driver crashed my Tesla and I am liable. Never gonna use Zofeur again. Better use Taxi or Uber.
