Super buggy app

I use Yellow almost exclusively but I wish they would invest in the app. It’s just too buggy for such a big business.

The best

My driver was literally so sweet and so awesome!! He connected with me and asked me how I was, great driver and great service! If I could I would hire him as my personal driver lol 🫶🏻.

Stolen credit card details.

While I can't be certain, I believe this app sold off my credit card details to bad actors who tried to draw money without my authorization.

Worthless

2023 is still not the year Bulgarians could figure out the taxi app the rest of the world discovered a decade ago. Never sends you a car when you actually need one. There is no Uber in Bulgaria because the system is controlled by a criminal cartel. What a disaster.
