This app has had us a the bare minimum WOW loyalty tier. We upgraded to Platinum in 2020 but it never updated. We have lost out in all the benefits. We are now Elite and it still has not updated. Check-in ahead does not work!! Very disappointing as you need this app to get any discounts within the resort but isn’t upgraded!

The Westgate mobile app has some issues with stability. I went to review a booking that I have and every time I click on my reservation, the app returns me to the launch page. It is still running in the background but will not show me details of my reservation. Needs an overhaul by someone who understands mobile app programming.
