They didn’t want to cancel our flight they waited at last minute to tell us they couldn’t do anything it happen to us 2 and didn’t gave us no refunds

Changed our flights and offered 0 compensation for booked hotel. Do not book with this airline if you’ve already booked a hotel! Terrible, cold customer ‘service.’

Vivafan Membership !!! No answer
I have been trying talk to customer service about Viva fan membership, at this point after 30 days that I have purchased I don’t have answer to my questions I try to use it and I call customer service and they don’t have idea how thisMembership or club or benefit works ,I really try to use it because.I thought the money I’m paying I can have some benefit but it’s worthless just like that worthless. people don’t waste your money and your time ,because I think I just lose my Time end my money
Poor service
We flew from MEX to ZIH over Christmas. It took 90 minutes to check a bag - very chaotic and poor signage and process. We had to walk a long distance between bag check and security. Flight status was not updated reliably. I recommend using a different carrier when possible
Airline Overbooks; Except to lose your Flight
Doesn’t matter if you pay extra for premium service or “SMART” select, you will lose your Ticket.

La peor aerolínea pague mi pasaje smart y no me sentaron en ella pagué seguro asiento y nada de eso fue dado a mi HAV CUN y cuando hiba de regreso pase de abordar VIP y no me atendieron son la peor aerolínea ni un reembolso dan 260 mx por no haberme sentado en smart ustedes son una falta de respeto
