Couldn’t book a bike after paying
What a joke. Paid 4 euro just to get a “you do not have enough loyalty points to book a bike”. No explanation, no way to get around it. But they had no problem taking my money without these “loyalty points”. What a scam.

Wow Being a tourist to Lyon the manner I was answered to respective to my question of double credit card charge, was appalling. Now I realize why the French have such a reputation of being arrogant. Never again.
