Certain functions do not work
The app won’t let me update the account information although it asked me to do so. After selecting the required information, the “NEXT” button would not work.
Waste of time
I was hoping trip advisor would help me expand my vacation rental reach. No such luck… I looked in the trip advisor site for my vacation rental - it’s not there. I found some separate TA site which has my rental pulled from vrbo… rate is wrong, pics are old and it doesn’t show up when searching nearby areas on the main TA site. No ability to search for a cabin or list nearby sites. So…. I go to the owner app and see the property I am trying to promote but it’s no where to be found. So I’d like help but there’s no body to call- no phone numbers for owners. I need help please!
Lots of texts but no support
I get messages about someone wanting to book. I open it up and the request is not there. Then get pissy messages from TripAdvisor saying they are going to rate me lower- even though I keep getting an error occurred try again I want my listing deleted- TripAdvisor is a pain in the A—
Can’t even download the app
The app won’t download so I have to rate it a 1 star
App won’t let me log in code ver is failing
Put in username password and then it asks for the code that gets texted. Problem is the Texted number is to large by one digit! I’ve tried the first 5 but that fails too. So, this app is useless for me as of today! Also, the help to contact support will not let you choose a subject (which is required)... so you can’t contact them either!!!

What happened to the calendar for the owner? It was a good and easy visually, now it changed. :/ The old review: The website's customer center called me asking to set-up the seasonal rates for our rental property. They care. Good. So I went to moble app trying to do what they asked. The app not only doesn't let me to set the correct dates and keeps messing them up, it's also telling me I can't set the rates I want! It gives me suggestions like "Make sure that..." that do not make any sense in regards to what I'm trying to do! The app is updated. Very bad app. Competitors have it together, sorry to say. Want to try to make a suggestion about the technical issue? Good luck finding the contact info on line to send the message! Was able to set the rates and dates I need on the website. An hour of my time is wasted.
