En ocasiones no he podido arreglar algunas situaciones en donde urbvan ae ha equivocado y no nos han reembolsado nuestro dinero de esos viajes. Si hubiera alguien con quien hablar para cuando sucede eso estaría muy bien.

Drivers are always late, or don’t arrive at all. The live location of the vehicle does not work and the support the app offers is an automated chatbot. Seems like it could be a great option for a flexible transportation method, but every time you use this service is a gamble. I was planning on using the service today and it got cancelled without any notification. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Compré un viaje para Cuernavaca desde la CDMx con salida en un centro comercial, llegue 1/2 hora antes de la hora de salida traté de preguntar a empleados del mismo centro comercial y nadie supo donde se supone que hace la parada, trate de comunicarme en la aplicación o el conductor sin respuesta solo un bot que no supo responder nada, nadie me llamo aún cuando registras tu número y pues nunca los encontré el centro comercial está gigante tiene 4 cuadras así que encontrar donde pase una combi es realmente difícil no hay señalización ni permisos del centro comercial como parada ni letrero ni nada para foráneos no sirve, cobran lo mismo que un autobús seguro será una mejor opción

Me parece una excelente idea, pero la poquísima cantidad de rutas disponibles prácticamente la hace inservible para mi. Sus rutas casi nunca están disponibles pues se restringen a la roma/polanco, no tienen casi ninguna en el sur. Hasta que no tengan más rutas (porque incluso las que ya tienen establecidas casi nunca están disponibles) no voy a cambiar mi reseña. Una lástima que tan buena idea se restrinja a las zonas privilegiadas de la ciudad.
