I was looking for a round flight from SFO to Toronto. After picking the flight & paying for everything, I went to the airport & I was asking why in the itinerary there is no return flight info only to find out that they charged me full price only for a single flight rather than round trip. Their app and website is a mess with a lot of non-relevant advertisements which makes the booking so confusing. Stay away from these SCAMMERS!!

Terrible service and no help at all with our 3x delayed flight by spring airlines. When you as travel agency have partners like spring airlines and you allow them to do what ever they want with passengers,than you’re nothing better than them. Took 6 hours in delayed flights like tomorrow we do t have obligations to do in location where we traveling. Good bye trip.com thanks to your precious partners who don’t respect their passengers time

Trip.com is an all in one travel app. This app manages every aspect of your travel, from bookings, to travel suggestions & excellent customer support. My only regret is that I didn’t download this app earlier. Don’t leave home without it.
