It is unclear on why this app is available in the store and why is it being advertised at ticket booths. After downloading it only directs me to Google maps on how to get to the bus stop. Coach USA, we have to find a way to realtime these buses…it’s cold outside

Never gives you the actual schedule. You have to go to the website because the apps hangs when loading schedule for you bus line at Port Authority. Needs work!

This app is useless. It just shows a blank screen once you select your stop. It let’s you view the map so you can zoom out and find the bus you’re waiting for. What’s the point of that though? At least give an estimated time of arrival.
