Your ticket is downloaded to the TFI Go App and can be used to travel straight away. There’s no need for printing, simply activate your ticket before each journey and show it to the driver while boarding. To avail of discounted Young Adult and Student fares a valid TFI Young Adult or Student Leap Card must be shown to the driver when boarding. I want to ride a bus! As a tourist, I don’t know the exact names of the stops I’m boarding and departing. This is stupid. Charge by the route, time window, or full day. Nothing else!

Bought a Kearns transportation ticket, go to bus and they said they didn't take the online ticket, had to pay again on bus. You’d be better off just paying the bus drivers when you get there.

I booked a ticket. The app glitched and booked two tickets. I have three charges on my card from the app but only two tickets. Then the bus driver informed me that they don’t currently honor the tickets from the app. I would rate it 0 stars because all it did was waste time and money, but I can only rate it as low as 1 star.
