On the iPhone maps doesn’t work all the time sometimes it comes up and others it doesn’t and it closes out at time

Ok issues If I swipe up on it it takes me completely out of app have to sign back on and back in The maps are not correct half of the time or don’t work at all or take you to a wrong address (google maps) When ending shift and logging out a error comes up and says vehicle is blocked??? These need fixed on the iPhone don’t know about android

This is probably the least update app on App Store. This version is nothing compared to the android version. I did contact the support team to repackage the app for iOS, they said they are predominantly android so….

They a permit from the city in order to activate part of the software. They do not tell you about this until after you have paid. They refuse to do a refund even though their software is not operating as advertised. Two companies I can think of off the top of my head transport passengers without requiring a city taxi permit are: Uber, and Lyft.

This app has worked great but now when I hit deliver a customer, it does not show delivered on my dispatchers end. The dispatcher says that I am still on call and they will deliver the customer on their end for me. Also the app for iPhone users has not updated in 2 years. Also, canNot make phone calls with the app.I must use my phone my actual phone to dial a phone number because it would not doubt with the number from the app. I am an iPhone user
