Not sure which is worse the app or the customer service. Can’t login, called customer service only to get yelled at by some angry lady with a super thick accent. I was supposed to receive an email with a password reset link. Still haven’t gotten that yet, so now I’ll have to call again. If zero stars was an option I’d pick it.

I would love to know how many 10’s of millions was paid for this pile of garbage. Classic government cannot do anything right. Ran by a bunch of low IQ people. First off, the roads were already paid for by tax dollars right? Why are we having to pay more to use the roads we’ve already paid for? America has become a dump and things like this are the reason.

I can 100% say that our money isnt going to the App Developers of this app, this app has a million problems, more recently it just resets your face if info everytime u try to log in, the point of biometrics is to make your life easier!

I can see why this app have 1.5 of 5 stars reviews. I was trying to add portable transponder to my existing account, and will not allow me. So now I’ll have to spend the time to speak to real person about this issue….
