Easiest “Shop tax free” app I’ve tried
Used it for my visit to Disneyland Paris and this was easy to use and simple to track. I wished most places in the EU used this.

Adding invoices is easy however when we went to the PABLO kiosk in CDG terminal 2B to scan the bar code from the app, it would not accept it. We went to the attendant and he stated we had to print the bar code which is contrary to what the app says. The other issue we had was that there are only a few kiosks outside security at CDG so you may have to go to a different terminal to scan your bar code.

It cannot be easier to use! You can email the receipts and they are automatically processed in the system; only a couple of clicks and the tax free form is ready. I once had an issue on a Sunday evening and had an early departure on Monday morning. I thought the refund would be lost but had a response from the customer service within minutes and everything went smoothly! At the airport I scan the electronic code from within the app and never had a hiccup! The funds are in my US bank account within a day or two. SkipTax is wonderful!
