In the past three years, I have used almost every taxi services or transportation provider, but nothing compares to Shift. Start with availability, then car and driver tidiness, driver’s attitude, responsiveness of customers service. Honestly, well done Shift Team.

Used the app once, the driver never showed up and I was charged for the trip. Customer service told me to cancel and promised a refund but I’ve been following up with them for a month and a half and no refund was made.
