Great to have mobile key
Was able to use my mobile key while staying at the property. It was a cool option to have. I ended up requesting some things for our room (towels and more tea) which was delivered to our room. They had an option to order room service but we didn’t try that. Logging in was confusing but that’s because it’s not linked to your membership account. Had to ask front desk about it.
Terrible
Our group arrived in Auckland for two nights. The rooms were never cleaned and when we went to discuss this, we were blamed for not calling, although no one had said this was necessary, and we had put room tags out on the doors asking for rooms to be cleaned Dinner was horrendous…. Food was cold and even when they took it back, it tasted bland and no one liked the meal The room was nice but bathroom was tiny with no space for cosmetics. There were no drawers to unpack clothes Reception staff took no responsibility for any concerns. This was the worst hotel out of 8 on our trip in Australia and New Zealand
Needs to be updated.
Doesn’t operate like most hotel apps. It basically sends you to the website when using it to book a room. It does not allow you to view current reservations, which is frustrating. Does not allow you to view past stays and view receipts. It needs to be updated.
This release brings performance enhancements.
