Does not provide intuitive route selection for trip planning purposes. Route maps are not integrated for trip planning. Unable to view relevant routes without loading the all entire city route maps. Bus stops are not shown on route maps. Google maps, Apple Maps, Microsoft Maps all show bus stops. Sun metro maps fall short. Does not allow saving specific trips that are used regularly. Cannot delete or manage search history items without completely removing and reinstalling the app. Website doesn’t allow history management. A disappointing app overall. It is understandable why El Paso residents are not so inclined to embrace the use public transportation. Very low quality bus schedule system in comparison to most other US metro locations. Customer service is not helpful, sometimes rude. Definitely in need of improvement

persons that manufacture and distribute child pornography to conduct phishing scams and sextortion got together with persons to change and manipulate bus schedules in El Paso Texas to exert a campaign of harrassment after manufacturing and distributing child pornography and manufacturing pictures of children holding male sexual organs on pornhub sites then entering email and bank accounts like true spies all while reporting to goverment officials remaining "annonymous"

This app is a waste of government funded apps for the public transportation system and the public in general. I try to use maps on my iPhone to find bus schedules but it is faulty so I look for information on the sun metro website like always a lot of chiefs and not enough Indians the website shows erroneous bus schedules and on the spot schedule changes constantly while people with degrees sit in their offices getting paid . There’s no such thing as a free lunch . Not only are the bus drivers and the public transportation system broken because of poor management and lack of better judgement but they forget that the people that place that money in the slots help support their families and gluttonic lifestyles. There’s million of people that would love to sit all day and get paid a salary full of benefits. Government jobs are like jails they are a must have and have to remain open when the taxpayer that makes 7.25 an hour has to worry about making ends meet.
