Doesn’t Work
Every single time I try to login it says my password is wrong. I reset the password and it still says it’s wrong. Even on the website, I have to reset my password each time. Terrible!

This app crashes often - when I try to update a pet’s profile or when I am simply making a reservation, it just completely crashes and I lose all of the information that was entered. Not a good user experience.

The only thing this app is good for is cameras. The staff never answer the phones or call you back because they’re pushing everyone to use the app, but when i try to book reservations they never work. The comments section for your pet always glitches so i can’t type I have to voice to text (which i don’t like doing). I strongly believe they need to improve their customer service and office communications in every location instead of relying on an app that barely works.

I already have an account with pet paradise. I can login on the website. But this app will not let me login. Keeps saying wrong password. I hv change my password 2x’s and still can’t login. Unfortunately this app is useless for me.
