Room cleaning was terrible. No fresh towels, no refills of water in fridge, no refill of plastic in trash cans etc etc etc…. Restaurants won’t take you if they close in an hour. 1 Bartender per bar

The app is terrible as it regularly signs you out. The reception is awful if you can even get any. There’s no point in calling this all inclusive as there is a line for EVERYTHING and 90% of food/drink places close at 5:00. Workers are rude, food is bad, everything is a sham. Expect to pay a significant sum on top of what you already paid. The initial payment is simply for the room. All else you get scammed for.
