Don’t know what the problems are
Easy peasy lemon squeezy
Terrible App
The app would never take a picture no matter what I did.
Worked perfectly!
launch app it then scans your passport. ithen it uses the camera on your phone for a photo. you answer a few questions, pay with credit card and that's it. took around 5 minute for 2 people. receipt was in email.
Idiotic app
Doesn’t work for children. Adult pictures were easy, Two kids, 11 and 13 simply don’t work. Tried all angles, lighting, hair parting. What a complete waste of time.
No Photo
Simply would not take a photo and have no helpful feedback as to why. I was aligned, well lit and with a plain background. Frustrating.
Great update
I was scared to use this app when I saw the old reviews, but the app is actually really good. I’m guessing they had a big update to make it better. It is just as easy as the Australia app.
Easy
I spent 10 minutes filling out my information & much longer taking my picture. Cause i had to find good lighting with out shadows to my face. Charged it to my credit card. In 7min response back approved to transit in New Zealand
