App needs an update
This app constantly freezes. When I try to transfer to a new bus with my 7-day pass it stays stuck on the previous bus. Even though it’s a 7 day pass. Clearly with time remaining, the driver of the new bus will not let you transfer. They need to have something on the bus that scans the QR code to prevent from having to constantly enter a bus number. When you show your pass and ask for a paper transfer the drivers give you a hard time…Geeesh it the app is stuck and then you can’t get a paper transfer from the previous bus you are just supposed to be late or pay for alternate transportation to get where you are going.

Casi nunca cumplen con la hora en especial el bus 407 es la peor ruta la qe menos sirve, los driver ya no quieren trabajar a diario nunca cumple con sus horarios y de hecho no pasan te dejan esperando 1 hora y el bus nunca pasa más que todo en el horario de la tarde después del medio día

I’m an inter student without a car, trying to stay away from Uber because lets be honest, that’s expensive. I tried using public transportation and searched everything up, and came to download this app. I tried login in and buying a pass, and nothing, the app doesn’t acknowledge your account, so you can’t make a purchase of a tickets. Which leads you to an dead end. That’s it, plus the design of it looks outdated. Truly the app developer needs a few advices.

Requesting access to my camera to verify things that shouldn't need verifying. If I'm buying my ticket via mobile, what ticket is there to scan via camera? Similarly, my location shouldn't be imperative to the utility of this app. I had to delete because I refuse this privacy infringement. I'll keep using cash.

I’ve been using this app for a month already and I would buy my tickets in advance. Recently it has been happening that I click on “boarding now” to get on my bus and it DOES NOT show my ticket and QR code so I got nothing to show to the driver while I’m boarding. I had to buy EXTRA tickets because of this glitch and the app would still take my money. FIX THIS NOW
