- Membership: Membership registration, point search, and member exclusive coupons
- Tour Guide: Information on surrounding tourist spots and restaurants around each hotel
- Language Support: Available in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Vietnamese, and Burmese
- Other Functions: Photo gallery for each hotel, link to the customer center, live chat consultations, etc.

- Alerts: To receive information on new packages and promotions
- Gallery:  To save a Rewards online card or attach file(s) when using Customer Voice or Live Chat
- Camera: To take photo(s) to make inquiries via Customer Voice or Live Chat
- Bluetooth: Use for Mobile Key service
- Location: Can be used to search for nearby hotels based on current location
- Contact: To access and edit contacts when sharing a Mobile Key

* You can still use the service, even if you do not agree to optional access permissions.
* To reset access permissions, go to Settings > Lotte Hotel App to reset settings.
