We get it. Plans change. If your plans have changed and you're travelling earlier, later or not at all, you can easily cancel your LNER Door to Door trip, free of charge, up to 30-minutes before you were due to arrive at your destination.

NOT TRAVELLING BY TRAIN?
Or maybe you’re travelling with a different train company. We won’t judge you. In fact, you’ll still be able to use LNER Door to Door to get to the station or to your destination. So whether you’re trying to find the best way from your hotel to an attraction or get from your house to a doctor’s appointment, you can use LNER Door to Door.
