We had an absolute blast zooming around Key West on the scooter. It was incredibly convenient and enjoyable for our entire day, eliminating concerns about wasting time trying to find a parking spot for the car. One of the highlights was the ability to park right in front of wherever we went, pause our ride, and resume whenever we were ready to continue exploring.

Left scooter. Was charged $100 for not returning scooter to original rental location. Very cryptic terms/policies. Do not rent if you intend to stop somewhere else in KW other than the original rental location

SCAM! So they charged me and my friends $100 EACH extra each for not returning our scooters in the same location. After the app directed us to a location where we were allowed to drop the scooter off. They refunded us after we made a fuss. This is their business model… they hope people don’t notice. They should be legally punished!
