Worst service in Tahoe
It used to be good then they hired some really bad drivers who take their own routes. I have been late to work several times. Lately, they’ve been dropping people off at “estimated locations” due to a storm that happened 2 weeks ago. Seriously disorganized:

The app doesn’t not work well. Hard to impossible to cancel a ride. Drivers show up after cancellation. Making a reservation is ok, but lags a lot The drivers are EXCELLENT I give them all 5 stars . They are helpful getting in and out of the SUV’s . They are all EXCELLENT drivers especially in bad weather.

I love all the drivers! It makes it so easy to get around Tahoe if you’re flexible and can plan ahead. I wish there were more drivers so that the wait times can always be under 30 min.

The estimated time to arrival needs serious improvement. It can go from 15 minutes ETA all of sudden to “your driver has arrived”. I also noticed that the estimates go up as well, 10 minutes to 23 minutes. Impossible to plan with this app.

Needs to be expanded to cover the restaurants along 50 S to Lodi Ave at least.

It’s a very very wonderful, free service… when it works well. Sometimes it says it’s 15 min away then changes for 45 then 50. Or the opposite. It’s kinda hard to plan your day with it because if bounces around so much. But when it does work it’s wonderful to have a free ride
