The app is a travel planner which allows you to find the easiest route to your destination, travelling by bus, boat and train. The itinerary can be planned from your nearest stop, a specific address or by map. Most journeys include pricing information. Says buses are there when they are not
App says it provides updated information on when buses are at each stop. Many many times it says a bus is there and one never arrives - like a phantom bus. So it appears to be on time but it’s not there at all. Very frustrating. Especially on holidays - I don’t think it updates for a modified schedule.
