The app experiences glitches and hangs quite frequently, and lacks innovative features, making it seem like a better option for the airline to function without it. The Sky team should feel compelled to amend these shortcomings. Not utilizing this app is a blatant indicator of their negligence. The app is broken and never works. Kenya airways just does not answer any of the requests for support I’ve sent on emails or on WhatsApp. It seems that everyone was hired yesterday, and no one has been trained. I don’t know why they’re in business if they don’t want to communicate with customers.

Picking seats is really tricky, but if you managed to do that, then you get the 4620 error when trying to pay. I tried a few different credit cards. The app says my card was declined, but my card companies tell me there were no attempted charges, they had not declined a payment. Like I said, attempting to use the app was a complete waste of time. Well, except it will make those seats you picked unavailable for quite a while. So, uninstalling the application and reinstalling or trying a different device just ties up even more seats on the plane.
