Don’t use Hotels.com to book, they over book you and refuse to reimburse you even when the hotel agrees to reimburse because of it being their fault ! We showed up to our hotel with our son for his birthday with his friends and they didn’t have a room available at the hotel and stated we had to notify hotels.com to cancel and refund our money and we notified them right away and we were told that the refund couldn’t be granted because of rules and restrictions and the hotel has strict policies for this even though the hotel themselves told us to make sure we were refunded!!!

Horrible experience and hotels.com will not post my review. It does not contain profanity, room rates or personal info. I have pictures showing the awful room and they will not refund. This is a horrible company who is not truthful with reviews. They sensor reviews and allow reviews that are good to be posted but not the truthful ones that would make people not want to stay there!! Buyer beware!!
