Taxis mafia have a vice grip on this place so no ride apps work. This one included. Very disappointing as we wanted to see more of goa but it was such a pain to negotiate transportations and unreliable. Stay close to where you want to be and just walk or hire a driver for the full day.

Drivers keep on cancelling unless they are making at lease Rs 1000-1500 on the trip. If you are lucky to get a cab to your destination, chances are you’ll get stuck there and not get a cab on the way back.

Rohan Desai was really helpful getting my to my final destination. He got me wifi so I could download this app and helped me set it up. He let me know that there would be a cash fee in addition to the online payment for the airport toll. The app is nice. I like that it has a one time password for safety. The OTP says it will come on my phone, but I’m glad it also came to my email (I don’t get texts with a US number).
