Inexcusable
I don’t understand how an app can be this bad in 2024. The app worked long enough for me to purchase a pass then just stopped working all together. Can’t log in or do anything.

The MiamiDade transit site is much more useful for route schedules tracking buses ETAs but not so good at other things This appears to be an app designed to do all things for all transit but does none of them well. (unless you’re sitting at a random location and want to know the next random bus coming your way.)

The bus system out here is atrocious. Buses either come way earlier than scheduled, way later, not at all, or all bunched together. This app is horrible with tracking even with “gps” enabled.

Whenever I call there is a problem with the system. It seems too that maybe they can or can book a trip. Everyday it is something different. The app also sometimes, well most times, that there is a system error. It’s always so difficult to use the service and I sure would love to. Thanks.

It is very difficult to navigate. In a big city like New York, you can see where your bus stop is located and track each stop so you don’t miss your bus. Maybe you should get the app they use.

Tracker frequently shows the wrong bus. Also, the bus you’ve been tracking suddenly changes to a different bus name in tracker.

The app claims you can purchase train tickets. We attempted 4 times using different credit cards and got the SAME error message every time and were not able to do so. Also, we navigated to rider alerts to see if there were any issues with metrorail or metromover, and there were none listed. In reality, however, the metromover was only running the FULL loop AFTER 2 PM. The times presented on the app fluctuated every time we opened the app and were often inaccurate. It’s almost better to wait on hold for an hour with 311 than download this app.
