I don’t like this company based on the fact that they will keep your money even if you didn’t board the bus and did not have the cancellation option so because I didn’t get to cancel the trip before departure you can’t get your refund I said wow even air line companies give your money back for ticket flights and flights cost are way more compared to bus trip this is beyond me need to update they policies catch up with other big companies because that is ridiculous

My bus never arrived. Got a singular email saying there is an “unknown delay on your journey,” so I called customer service and they couldn’t tell me any more information. Just say you are cancelling my trip and move on!! Waited for over an hour before someone agreed to drive me back to school. The cheap prices are not worth the unreliable service. 0 stars if I could.
