Just pick your departure and destination point and get a list of suggested routes including all the transfers and scheduled departure/arrival times sorted by the time of departure. You can then view detailed information of the routes, display them on the map etc.

Great app for planning transit trips around Portland
I was in charge of getting 35 high school students and chaperones around Portland using transit for a weekend. I loved this app because I could save routes to search for later. I could see all the possible pathways and could track where the buses and trains would be, how many stops, and more. Some parts could be a little more intuitive, but it is by far the most user friendly app I found. If I lived in the area, I would pay for it for sure.
