Horrible app
I can’t update my payment. I can’t login on safari because it pushes you back to the app which does not work. All that money in tolls and you can’t pay for a developer to create a usable app.

Horrible app from a company making millions off of 1 bridge. Can’t complete the bridge going to Pasadena or build a proper app. The website forces you to use an app that is horrifically made. My friends in web development make better apps over a weekend fueled by coffee and less than 1% of the budget this thing was made on.

The app ALWAYS tells me to update my payment method, and I have done that like 3 or 4 time already. It is a bit annoying, so you should fix these types of issues; it does not make sense…

App still down. Will take my money when it’s time to add money, but I can’t change vehicles. Called help line and was told app is down but being worked on…my wife’s app still works. I think it’s an attempt to get everyone to go to the new app…sad!
