Stay far away from this company

They use deceptive marketing by sharing properties. You will book at one property and end up at another lower star location. Careful this is the 2nd logo I found for this company. Multiple telephone numbers and customer service line that sounds like those scam car warranty calls. Stay away.

Confusing

I have found the owner experience fairly confusing and the app continues the tradition. What are Extra Vacations anyway? How do I search by region? There are extra vacation check ins on the web site as far out as December, why are they not in the app? I appreciate the app but it's not very helpful.
