Worst IOS app I have used, ever
Buggy app caused my wife and me all sorts of grief on our European dream vacation, turning it into a nightmare. Do not buy a Eurail pass, it is a complete nightmare. Fly, or buy train tickets, but don’t kill your vacation trying to use this awful app or Eurail.

Hard to navigate, so we decided to get a refund on our inactivated passes. We get redirected to website and were only refunded for 1 out of the 4 passes under the order. Besides that, when we tried to reserve seats we always got an error message. That went on for 3 days, that’s why we’re booking direct with train companies. DO NOT USE EURAIL!!

Using this will force you to feel like an idiot criminal for trying to buy tickets, imagine trying to do that. This forced us to miss an entire travel day. RiDICULOUS

While using the app i was almost kicked off the train on 6 different occasions in 2 months due to the app refusing to show my ticket. before you get on the train i highly recommend taking a screenshot of the ticket to avoid any troubles with ticket checkers.
