The app increases your safety and helps you to avoid threats, wherever you are. At any time, you can get to safety or directly call the emergency centre in case of medical problems.
The ERV travel & care app is operated by the travel insurance company ERGO Reiseversicherung (former: ERV - Europäische Reiseversicherung) and GWS (Global Warning System). It is a GPS-based app, which runs continuously in the background and can significantly reduce battery life. However, due to intelligent GPS restriction, this effect is reduced to a minimum.
