To purchase a digital Transit Pass, you must have an EASY Pay account. Once you download the app, create a new EASY Pay account or simply log in using your Miami-Dade County online Transit Store account username and password.
You can add a debit or credit card while making a purchase or by navigating to "Account" in the menu, select "Payment Method", click "Add New" to enter details then submit. Payment methods accepted are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Just like that, you're ready to ride Miami-Dade Transit.

It a great app when it works. You need to up date your app it’s not working takes to long to open up. I can’t change or add payment info. And it lost my account info and I can’t even create a new account.

During this pandemic, when so many people are lined up at the machines to add money to their easy pay cards, some people use the easy pay app to add money to the cards so they don’t have to stand in long lines. I think it is very disrespectful and inconvenient and a lack of customer service that you have turned off the easy pay card app. I don’t know what you were thinking when someone made the decision to do that. This app not only has a ridiculous load time for a registration forum to create an account ( 2 minutes ) but also crashes before you can complete the registration every time. Cannot believe public funds went into this garbage, and I’d be ashamed if I worked on this.
