I tried to book delivery for me, and app showed me internal server error and when i try to remove it from the app now. It keep saying the same thing and my request for delivery is still there and im getting insane no. Of calls from riders.

This service has the most pathetic customer support. First they don’t match you with a rider and when you cancel the ride they block your id. When you complain it to customer support they say its beyond their control and you need to wait 2 hours for it to unblock automatically. Thus making this app useless for a person in need of a quick ride. Overall zero customer support

Within months 3-times increased the fare normally pay Rs-90 goes 120/ then 143 and last ride 163 same location and there is no change so cost me Rs: 170. Never know selection of route and how calculate fares. Even many bikes worst conditions and different number shown at App. No Active Customer support and Become Greedy day by day.
