Horrible app
You guys still have a useless app that doesn’t allow people to log on. Same with attempts online. Every single time I have to reset my password and it’s still iffy about letting me in. 2 other coast casinos have excellent, easy to login and navigate apps. Uninstalling mine not even going to take the time to notify for help.
App is useless
Can’t log in. Can’t change password. Can’t create a new account. All the app seems to be good for is showing error messages. I used to count on old app to inform me of my perks. Now I have no clue what I have and not driving 200 miles to swipe card to find out. All my other casino apps work great and keep me notified of perks, so I’ll be visiting them instead.
Nothing but log-in errors since app changed
Can’t log in to save my life. Credentials are same as last version of app. Won’t accept those..so let’s change the password…nope, error doing that. So now let’s click the button that says to register…nope, can’t do that because user already exists. One error says I don’t exist and another says I already exists. FIX THIS TRASH APP PLEASE! The only way I can access my card info now is on the kiosk at hotel.

Upgrade failure
I have tried over and over since last year to log on their new app upgrade. I have had no luck. I talk to my location team and suggested I uninstall the app and reinstall it. Didn’t work. It is now April still no luck. Please go back to the old app.
Garbage
You would think that a company that has casinos across the US would do a better job with their app. The app constantly just loads with no results. It’s a joke. Go through the websites for the casinos if you’re trying to do something.
Junk App
Ever since they updated this app it doesn’t work. Can’t book rooms bc it just buffers forever. It’s so confusing when you go through your offers bc everything looks the same. It’s horrible and doesn’t look like anyone is working on it or worried about it.
