Don’t waste your money! eSIMple doesn’t work
For my trip to South America, I decided to purchase the Data plan. To start, I bought a 7 days 1 GB plan. Since I bought it on Dec. 27, I'm trying to download the eSIMple to my phone, and it doesn't work. I contacted the 800 service and NO help. After the update on my phone, now the eSIMple app does not even log in to my account. And, no contact from the IT area to solve my problem. And, because it's a daily plan, when I check my account on the website, it shows that I only have three days to use my plan even though I couldn't use it even one day.

So for the most part it works pretty well. I took one star off because when I tried to use the auto-renew feature, it renewed my plan for a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CONTINENT. And when I called tech support they couldn’t help me, said they’ll call back/email me, but never did. So in the end, I just made a new account and ate the cost because I needed data that day.
