Great experience
I went on big bus in both Paris and London. I had a great time as it was an interesting way to get to know the city. I especially enjoyed the commentary and free WiFi. I used it to get around a lot and would definitely do it again.

hi dear Big boss manger and customer service. thanks for you efforts and services. I love big bus but I believe there must be bus every 15 #minutes! and you need to have Station in AYA too. The only disappointment for me was the shocking of Removal of Farsi language from the bus speaker navigation due to the existence of Iran in the neighborhood of the United Arab Emirates and the old friendship of these two nations and the presence of immigrants and others who speak Farsi, Iranian, Tajik, etc. to Dubai

Don’t waste your time and money. Use any other company. As someone who travels a lot and uses hop on/hop off buses this has been the worst experience. The drivers don't know if they are going east or west. There are no signs. We waited 45minutes-1 hour every bus said they don’t go that direction but that it’s the same bus stop. We ended up using uber/taxi. It was a waste of money and time.

I was very disappointed that the windows were covered with their branding so you couldn’t see clearly and you certainly couldn’t take photos. I would never pay for this or any Big Bus tour again. It’s too bad because the narrated guide was nice.

The concept is good, and it is convenient. It would be nice if they advised about the closing times for certain attractions as we would have routed differently. Bear in mind that on Fridays many things are closed from 12 until 3 PM in Abu Dhabi.
